Meet Jacquelyn Sajovic, LMHCA
Connection and embodiment are available to you.
βThe way out, is in.β
Thich Nhat Hanh
Through my own extensive personal experience, study, and training, I deeply understand the complexity and challenge of experiencing unexplained physical symptoms, challenging thoughts, and anxiety and depression.
Using the insight and the tools I have gained in my 10 years as a yoga teacher, my advanced training in body based healing modalities, as well as my deep understanding of the nature of our mind as multiple parts, I can guide you to find stuck places, and heal those parts that are waiting for your attention and love.
My style
I bring curiosity to your symptoms and the messages coming from your body.
Inherent in curiosity is respect, an awareness that there must be a purpose for the pain that you are experiencing. My goal is to bring my curiosity to your system and guide you to discover for yourself what may be at the root of your symptoms and pain.
In this way we can see your symptoms as messengers, not as an enemy to be conquered.
Using a parts, or IFS framework, we will explore what needs attention using inquiry and body based tools, supported with breath work and movement as needed.
